Annie Goodmiller, Arlington Heights, Ill. junior, leaves her boy- friend, Jerry Hart, at Western Illinois Univer- sity when she comes to Kansas. Goodmiller and Hart communicate two or three times a week on the telephone or through e-mail. Lisa Rozenberg, Overland Park junior, also communicates with her boyfriend, Steve Blum, who attends Southern Method- ist University, by phone and e-mail.
