Stimulus was reorganized this year alter having been discontinued last year. As a discussion group, the membership was always open. Its meetings were based on current topics discussed by guest speakers. Cap- tain Hagman of the Juvenile Division of the Racine Police Depart- ment spoke on juvenile delinquency, Mrs. Orby Moss, a Racine social worker, spoke on civil rights, and Mr. McMur- ray of the Racine Jour- nal-Times discussed the responsibilities of the , newspaper.
