Members of the i'Amigos Sobre Todo and 'iTouf jours Amis put their heads together and direct their energies to furthering interests of the foreign lanf guages they represent. One night a month the Spanish Club members meet at the school with Senorita Batey to supervise. They enjoy slides of Spanish speaking countries, Spanish games, and even talks made in Spanish. Every other Tuesday night Mademoiselle Phillips and all the French Club mem' bers congregate at school to speak, listen to, or learn something about francais They enjoyed a prof gressive dinner at Christmas with different French skits at each house. These two clubs help their members to appreciate the countries and people about which they are study' ing. They help to accent the foreign element of our activities-AS WE HAVE LIVED:. Those Students who wish to imf prove their speaking, and enjoy doing so, add a great deal of prestige to the school, their sponsor, and themselves with their achievements in these fields. -3 With the coming of spring and all the activities im' pending. the orators are not left out, for there are tournaments in which to participate and trips to take. The forensic meets and debate tournaments are attended with fervor, and the students emerge at the end of the year representing a praise worthy facet of our school fAS WE HAVE LIVED.
