Two nonfvoting Freshmen sit in on all cases. As previously each class has an Alternate mcmher. Further changes provide that all Honor Gouneil candidates shall he nominated hy the same committee which nominates all Student Body Oihcer candidates and that these class representatives shall he elected hy their class' mates on the Student Government Olhcers' hallot.
