Kachinas ssist In Festivities Along with the Key Club, the Kachinas helped sponsor homecoming for their first major project of the year. This involved the election of the queen and her court, the purchasing of flowers, and general promo- tion ofthe dance. New headbands were made for mem- bers ofthe court by a few ofthe girls. Kachinas also served as hostesses for the annual football banquet, which was held in December. Favors were made and given to children in the hospital on Valentine's Day. A spring picnic in April was attended by the members of Kachinas.
