Organizations Interact Sponsored by the lnterbay Rotary Club ot Tampa, Interact is an active and highly spirited boys' club at Plant. Their bright blue and gold jerseys distinguish Interact members from other students. ev Y Each year the club earns money for the school through the sale of Plant Highu stickers frequently seen on students' cars. Organizations Roteens The lnterbay Rotary Club sponsors the Roteens who provide a source of entertainment, fellowship, and senfice to the community. Roteens is one of the true service clubs at Plant. This is illustrated by their year-round project. Every month several members make a trip to McDonalds Training Center to vvork with and help the retarded children. This year during football season Roteens raised money by selling spirit booster ribbons. This successful club is sponsored by Miss Sandra Eason vvho assists with planning and advising. Organizations La Sertoa The members ot La Sertoa benefited the community with several projects throughout the year. This group visited the Old People's Home at Christmas where they entertained the residents with a party. As in previous years, La Sertoa sponsored the calendar dance vvhere the calendar couples were announced. For Panther Provvl, the club worked hard on their skit, The Jungle Book, and received third place. As an extra project, the girls supported a child from overseas.
