Their motto is Scholarship for ervice . To become a member of Silver Seal you need a B average. lt is one of the Honor Societys at Galileo and it is a very high honor to be a member. adventurer The American Youth Hostal Club was started in 1965 and is sponsored by Nlr. Nathan Schafler. ln addition to the club's regular activities, there are four annual events: rafting on the American or Feather River, skiing at Lake Tahoe, a hayride in Nlanticap and camp ing at Point Reyes. Community projects including VD educational activities and recycling paper and cans for conservation were also done by the club.
