Girls Serve Up Ma ny Surprises During some of the tougher matches this past season, one could witness an unexplainable amount of talent on both of the girls' J.V. and Varsity tennis teams. ln the past, our school had been noted for an average, to maybe even an above average tennis program. Yet, with the hard work and dedication, the group of girls pro- ved to be part of the elite of tennis teams. All of the teams we've played showed supreme effort. We've had many tough matches, yet in all of our victories and defeats, the most admirable attribute. in any case, was that of good sportsmanship on the team, stated sophomore Fay Torres.
