fliuqtbeuvll Lug owbook By Shiela K. Byrd C-C-Catch Coronado was the theme for the 1986-87 yearbook. Staffers were fairly new with ten re- turning experienced staffers. l'This year we worked with an extremely large staff. We had al- most forty people in the room everyday, and it was difficult to get everyone organized and working together. But when we finally did, we found out that we had a lot of cooperative people on staff, stat- ed Faith Duff, yearbook advisor. Many long hours were spent to put out the book. Worknights held towards the end of the deadline were very busy for the staff. ln class, staffers drew layouts and wrote stories. Yearbook had to organize underclass picture days and also sponsored the Jr.- Sr. Prom Royalty. To help with the costs of sup- plies, the book itself and journal- ism camps, the club held fund- raisers. Car washes brought in a lot of money and also provided the time to get together and relax.
