4-H CLUB BLUESTONE 4-H OFFICERS Bluestone members of the 4-H Club plan and carry out various home projects which empha- size the slogan: To Make the Best Better . During monthly meetings at the school, Miss Patsy Carr, Home Demonstration Agent, and Mr. Lewis Copley, County Agent, advise the students and assist in planning projects and programs. Demonstrations in beautification, household activities, and farm and shop events are among the ideas presented during club meetings. In- dividuals also report the progress of varied accomplishments. This year the Art Club has assisted in publicity of and in decorating for various school activities. Attractive bulletin board displays and decorations for holidays and special oc- casions were among the projects of the club. The club presented its annual art department exhibi tion, drawing much favorable comment. The club strives to develop a creative out- look and to promote interest in art in the school and community. 114
