•B == On December 6, 1955, the Most Reverend Leo A. Pursley, D.D., Apostolic Administrator ' of the Diocese, officially opened and blessed the newest wing of Bishop Noll High School. Sorely needed for quite some time, the sunny cafeteria has already won a place in the hearts of officers and crew of the USS Noll. The six additional classrooms on the first floor of the addition have relieved| crowded conditions to some extent and per¬ mitted the admittance of one hundred | eighty more students.

St. Ma UfXiA t Masuf, Since 1952 St. Margaret Mary’s Church, located on the school campus, has provided a splendid complement to the religious life of Noll High students. Though it is really a parish church, students are welcome to the advantage of its quiet facilities for daily Mass and Holy Communion before school hours. Ea ch of the four classes has a special day during the week when the students of that class are urged to make a personal sacrifice at least once a week to attend Mass. This is a matter of personal responsibility and no attempt is made to make any sort of a check. On the day of any athletic event it is a common sight to see the players and many other students at Mass and Communion. On each First Friday of the month an especially large number of students is present. During the past year the C. S. M. C. has also sponsored a Holy Hour after school as a part of its monthly First Friday program. During the annual retreat students also had the use of the parish facilities.
