SBC Student Government Presi- dent, Joe Daglen. Student The Student Government Associations of the Twin Colleges have been established for developing each student to his full capacity. It is the purpose of SGA to secure a close relationship among the administration, the faculty, and the students. It is further the aim of this student organization to promote the growth ofthe college and to help it meet the needs ofa changing society and educational system.
