STANDING--Cindy Bidlack, Brenda Huff, DianWagner, Wilma Price, Deb- bie Grindstaff, Bob Sheppard, Dermis Wagner, Mr. Plank, Director. Under the direction of Mr. David Plank the Oakwood Band had a very fine year. During the summer the band played at the Paulding County Fair, Harlan Days, Van Wert County Fair, and John Paulding Da-j ' S. On October 26, 1966, they marched from the school to downtown to begin the annual Halloween Parade. Then on De- cember 14, 1966, they presented a Christmas concert in the school gym. On March 8, 1967, the band and Stage Band presented a combined concert. They played at the Melrose Institute on March 10,1967, and went to the district contest at Bath High School in Lima on March 11, 1967, where they received an excellent rating. On April 30, 1967, they presented a Spring Concert in the gym. Congratulations to our band for the fine showing they gave for our school.
