Many people consider donating blood to be no major concern of theirs. Yet to others, such as accident victims, it could mean the saving of their lives. These students benefit from their stay by increasing their English speaking abilities and learning about our so- ciety. We, in turn, have the oppor- tunity to become friends with peo- ple our own age who have different cultural backgrounds from which we are able to learn many new things also. 95
