actice Hard to Develop Their Skills The seventh grade cheerleaders are top to bottom: Con- nie Hendricks, Debbie Zimmerman, Suzanne French, Terri Walgamuth, Lori Smalley, Krista Sellers, Barb Pratt, and Gary Gearhart. The seventh and eighth grade bas- ketball team members gained some valuable experience as they played throughout the season. Although nei- ther team had a winning season, the eighth graders did win over Wakarusa in the County Tournament which was held at Syracuse. The players showed their dedica- tion by being at 6:30 practices. Ran- dy Shafer, a seventh grade player, said that they kept on trying and that they learned to play together as a team. The eighth grade cheerleaders are top to bottom: Patti Gearhart, Sheila Cumberland, Teresa Petrosky, and Deb- bie Stanton.
